Get started with SolidPod Lite (SP-LT)


This guide will guide you through the installation process of SolidPod Lite. Work in progress.


**In the box**

  • SolidPod Lite
  • NATO Rail
  • 1/4” Hex Screws
  • SSD Screws
  • 1/4” to 3/8” Screw
  • Hex Wrenches
  • Mini Phillips Head Screwdriver



**Step 1** Remove the top cover

Remove four screws on the top with the small hex wrench / Allen key.

**Step 2** Insert the SSD

Insert an M.2 SATA SSD into the connector.

Push down on the end of the SSD then secure using the included SSD screw (the screw with a blue dot on its threads).

**Step 3** Install the top cover


Put the cover back. Be careful with the orientation, there is a notch on the bottom edge of the top cover, that should face the cable side.

Then use the four screws to secure the top cover. We've included four additional spare screws just in case you need them.

**Step 4** Initialization

Please format or initialize the SSD in your camera before you use it for the first time. Camera-specific guide coming up.
